We’ve had a bit of a lapse in posting the last few days. This is to be expected, given the pace that Team Ruptured Duck has set for itself. But never fear- the team is always training; getting stronger, even as some members rapidly approach middle age.

16MAR12 Workout:
- 6 mile run (five fingers)
- 5 Burpies
17MAR12 Workout:
- Rest plus 6 burpies
18MAR12 Workout:
- 12 Mile Ruck March (more to follow in another post)
- 7 Burpies
19MAR12 Workout:
- Gym Rat Supersets: Abs and Chest
- 8 Burpies
20MAR12 Workout:
- Sandbag Training
- 9 Burpies
21MAR12 Workout:
- Nothing
- Burpies tomorrow. promise.
