We’ve had a bit of a lapse in posting the last few days.  This is to be expected, given the pace that Team Ruptured Duck has set for itself.  But never fear- the team is always training; getting stronger, even as some members rapidly approach middle age.

Bushmasterthreesix Training Summary Follows:

16MAR12 Workout:

  • 6 mile run (five fingers)
  • 5 Burpies

17MAR12 Workout:

  • Rest plus 6 burpies

18MAR12 Workout:

  • 12 Mile Ruck March (more to follow in another post)
  • 7 Burpies

19MAR12 Workout:

  • Gym Rat Supersets: Abs and Chest
  • 8 Burpies

20MAR12 Workout:

  • Sandbag Training
  • 9 Burpies

21MAR12 Workout:

  • Nothing
  • Burpies tomorrow. promise.
